This project entailed the development of a 26,000-square-meter office facility characterized by its incorporation of sustainable features. The design of the building drew inspiration from the profound symbolism of the Madayn logo and adhered to specific design parameters that point towards a future-oriented approach. One of the core objectives of this endeavour was to establish a    harmonious work-life balance for its users, enriching their overall experiences. To achieve this, a diverse range of leisure activities has been seamlessly integrated into the complex. These include a museum, a dedicated kids' play area, a variety of food courts and restaurants, a banquet hall for special events, and state-of-the-art gym and spa facilities. This multifaceted approach ensures that the facility not only serves as an office space but also as a holistic destination that caters to the well-being and recreational needs of its users.
