The proposed building is set to be situated in the Madinat Al Afran area, located in the western part of the capital city, Muscat. The comprehensive project comprises a main multi-storied office building covering a total area of 31,000 square meters. It also includes office blocks and two-level basement parking facilities capable of accommodating 400 vehicles for office staff and visitors. Various areas within the building have been designated for customer service, office spaces, a laboratory facility, a mosque, and a cafeteria, while the basement serves as space for the library and archives. The building's design places a strong emphasis on sustainability and innovative energy usage systems, showcasing methods to ensure cost-effective operations and maintenance throughout its lifespan. The project has been designed to meet the LEED Silver rating standards, further underlining its commitment to environmentally friendly and efficient practices.
