This expansive project covers a 230,000 square meter land area situated in front of Muscat Airport. The master plan encompasses the establishment of Oman Air Headquarters, a dedicated Training Academy, and accommodations for 1,500 cabin crew members. The project necessitates catering to the requirements of a total of 6,000 staff members. Furthermore, it includes the comprehensive development of all necessary infrastructure facilities, incorporating detailed analyses such as SWOT, hydrological studies, and Transport Impact Assessments. The project also involved extensive coordination and collaboration with relevant authorities to secure the required approvals and permissions.
