Embarking on a visionary project as the Principal Architect at COWI & Partners, the task was to breathe attractive life into a magnificent 4-star business hotel. Spanning ten floors and gracefully nestled within a compact 1,400 m² plot, this individual property stands as a testament to architectural ingenuity. Boasting 200 rooms and two basement levels catering to parking and essential facilities, the design aimed to reflect the distinctive essence of its locale while providing a welcoming and comfortable haven for both business travellers and tourists alike.

This architectural endeavour realized between 2008 and 2019, was executed in collaboration with our esteemed client, Sheikh Ali Kalbani, and commanded a significant investment. It represents our commitment to delivering exceptional spaces that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality.
