The central node of the master plan, spanning over 40,000 square meters, will be transformed into a hub of high-quality shopping and commercial development, enriching the lifestyle of the neighbourhood. The focus is on attracting residents with suburban-friendly amenities that promote leisure and tranquillity while offering a balance between work and life. The low-rise, two-story structures aim to evoke a cosy, homey atmosphere. Furthermore, the incorporation of water features and the natural environment, situated at the highest point of the development, will serve as an inviting gathering space for the local community.
